SEALED BIDS. The City of Shiloh is accepting sealed bids for a HVAC system for the new Municipal Facility located at 1222 Main Street.

Installation to include a total of 2 cassette and 1 ducted indoor unit with 1 outdoor condenser units. Installation includes refrigerant line set attachment in attic at existing pre sheet rock line set, refrigerant line junction fittings, refrigerant line ball valves, refrigerant line insulation, drain line connection, low voltage communicating wiring connection, cassette unit bracing, attic mounted air handler supply and return plenums, duct work for existing 10 supply air diffusers and 1 return vent, attic air handler platform, drain safety switch, emergency drain pan, ceiling mounted white three way steel diffusers and filter grill, 2 wall mounted thermostats, line voltage connection between indoor units, all miscellaneous materials needed to install the above mentioned systems, trash removal and labor.
