Relocation of Meters & Service Lines

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Shiloh, Georgia (OWNER) for furnishing materials labor, tools, equipment (City will provide replacements for non- Badger Meters), and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the relocation of approximately 6 meters and service lines..
Bids will be received at Shiloh City Hall, 1175 Main Street, Shiloh, GA. 31826 until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4th, 2020. Any bid received after said time will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Mayor and Council August 4, 2020 at this location. All bids will be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within sixty (60) days of the bid opening. If a bidder is not selected within sixty (60) days of the bid opening, any bidder that is determined by the OWNER to be unlikely of being selected for contract award shall be released from their bid.
The award of this bid proposal, if awarded, shall be based on several criteria, including prices bid, experience in the work proposed, and references.
